I cannot login!
The most common reason for this error is a mistyped email address or password. When you registered with us you would have received an email from us confirming your registration. If you did not receive this email it is highly likely that the email address you used to register was mispelt causing non-delivery of our confirmation email.
With all new accounts since March 27 2008 an email is sent to your email address with an activation link. You must click this link to activate your account. This is to prevent someone from subscribing a person to this list and that person receiving unwanted mail. Again, if you did not receive any email confirmation from us there was a problem with delivery to your email account. Try registering again here.
I get an "Address already in use message" when I try to register.
You are already registered with us. If you are unable to recall your password then please have it reset using the the reset password feature on the Reset Password page. An email will be sent to your email address with a link in it. Click the link and your password will be reset. You will receive another email with the new password. You can then login and change the system generated password to one that is more memorable.
I get an "Address already in use message" when I try to update my email address in Personal Settings.
The address is already registered with us. Login to that account and unsubscribe from the old address.
My surname isn't in the list.
Only surnames that appear in Westmorland Church Notes by Edward Bellasis are listed on this site. If you are interested in any other surnames it is recommended that you try the Westmorland List at Genuki. You can find a link to subscribe to the list on the home page of this site. They're a friendly bunch and are extremely helpful.
