Beetham (In. chancel N). Beatrix Wilson, daughter of Samuel Egerton, Esqr. Tatton Park, Cheshire, died Decbr. 27th 1779 aged 25.

Beetham (Chancel S). Here lie the remains of Daniel Wilson of Dallam Tower, Esquire, living to an advanced age, respected and beloved by all who knew him, he died in peace November l0th 1824 in his 78th years. , he was twice married leaving no issue by his first wife Beatrix, daughter of Samuel Egerton of Tatton Park Esqr. By his second wife Sarah only daughter of Robert Harper Esqr. of Heath, he left issue two daurs. " Keep Innocency and take heed unto the thing that is right, for that shall bring a man peace at the last." Here also is interred the body of Sarah dau and heiress of Robert Harper Esq., of Heath, in the County of York, and wife of the above, she died December 25th 1829 in the 66th years. of her age. " In the sight of the righteous they seemed to die, and their departure is taken for misery, and their going from us to utter destruction, but they are in peace." Wisdom chap. 3. Arms 4ly 1 & 4, 3 wolves' heads couped vulned (Wilson,) 2 & 3 fret, (Fleming) over all two inescutcheons, that to the dexter lion rampant between 3 pheons (Egerton), that to the sinister lion rampant, (Harper) Crest of Wilson, crescent, issuing flames.
