Appleby St Michael (N.E.) I. H. S. In affectionate remembrance of the beloved children of Walter and Elizabeth Couzens. Amy died J an. 24, 1880 aged 5 m. Kitty died August 13th 1880 aged 13 y. Charles David died April 2nd 1870 aged 6 m. interred at Ilkley, Yorkshire. Arthur died April 3rd 1875, aged 1 years. and 3 m. Louisa died April 5th 1875 aged 8 m. Interred in one grave at Ingleton. Ethel died April 2nd 1882 aged 6 w., also Elizabeth their Mother who died March 26th 1884 aged 46 years.
