And of Ann his second wife who died 12th May 1874 aged 78 years. Also of Betsey his eldest daughter who died 26th January 1860 Aged 33 years. (N. Side). In memory of Jane Crosby, wife of Samuel Crosby of Powis House who died August 1st 1840, aged 46 years. also of Mary Bleamire of Powis House, mother of the above Jane Crosby who died December 29th 1849 aged 92 years. William Crosby, youngest son of Samuel and Jane Crosby aged 20 years. and George Langstaffe their farm servant aged 24 years. who were both drowned in the river Eden, near Bolton Bridge, May 24th 1848 and interred in one grave in this place.
