Chamley Warcop

(N.) Sacred memory of Braithwaite Chamley Captain in H. Memory of 17th Lancers Eldest son of Matthew Chamley Esq: of Warcop House, who died May 11th 1865 one week after landing with his regiment from India aged 30 years. "Not my will but thine be done," Luke 22 ch: 42 verse. Also of Matthew Chamley Esq : who died April 4th 1866 aged 61 years. and Agnes his wife who died June 7th 1866 aged 61 years. "Be ye also ready for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of Man cometh." Matt: 24 ch: 44 verse.

In loving memory Braithwaite Chamley, Captn. 17th Lancers, born May 12, 1835, died May 11, 1865. (3). In loving memory Agnes Chamley of Warcop House, died June 7, 1866 aged 61.
