Toulmin Burton In Kendal

(E. altar tomb). To Memory of George Hoggan and Richard his Brother, Both of Holme in this Parish. The former died June 17th 1750 Aged 55, The latter August 26th 1773 Aged 69. George H. Toulmin Out of Gratitude To the above Gentlemen His Relations Erected this Monument.

Toulmin Kirkby Lonsdale

(E). Bridget the widow of Robert Toulmin died 20 June 1810 aged 76. She was poor and afflicted but God was her portion and support, She sought for mercy thro' Jesus Christ and found her God a never failing friend. Disclaiming all goodness of her own, relying only on her Saviour, she patiently waited her appointed time in a faithful discharge of Christian duties, tho' her desire was to depart and to be with Christ.

Toulmin Ravenstonedale

(S). In memory of the Reverend . Thomas Toulmin, Minister in Ravenstonedale 24 years. who died the 8th Day of August 1728 Aged 52 years. Also of Margaret his Wife Who died the 4th Day of March 1773 Aged 84 years. They were both interr'd in the Quire on the east Side of the Communion Table. Also of Mr. John Toulmin their eldest Son who died the 11 Day of July 1783 Aged 70 years.
