Williams Burton In Kendal

(S. altar tomb rail). In the vault beneath are enclosed the remains of Mary Anne Jackson, the lamented daughter of John Williams Esquire and Isabella Williams of Church Bank near this place, who died March 23rd 1838 in the 14th y. of her age. This record is placed as a tribute of affection to the beloved memory of a fondly attached daughter whose short life gave every promise of future excellence and for whose early loss maternal sorrow can never cease, also of Isabella Williams mother of the above who died at Church Bank, Burton 2nd May 1859 aged 68 years. , and of Robert Jackson Williams her son who died at Church Bank 25th August 1865 aged 46 years.

(W. altar tomb). In Memory of Robert Son of Richard and Mary Williams of Dalton who died the 16th April 1836 aged 26 years. Our faithful Friend, our Partner dear, Is not deceas'd but sleepeth here. Great is the loss that We sustain But hope in Heaven to meet again.

Williams Windermere

(S). This stone was erected to the memory of Elizabeth Williams by John Kaye died D. Bishop of Lincoln, in testimony of the grateful sense ever entertained by him of the affectionate care with which she watched over him during his infancy and childhood. She died at Bowness November v. MDCCCXXXVl, aged Ixxxiv, esteemed and beloved. Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord.
