EVANS (GREVILLE-HOWARD). (I n. chancel S). A friend's memorial of gratitude to Robert Wilson Evans, for twenty five years. the beloved vicar of this parish, who, faithfully preaching the word and humbly following the steps of his God and Saviour, was taken to his rest Sat, March l0th 1866 aged 76, his wish was granted " Unspotted may I bear the prophet's pall and preach with lips and life unto the last." " Eye hath not seen nor ear heard neither hath it entered into the heart of man the things which God hath prepared for them that love him." 1 Cor. Chap. II. Ver.9. Memory of G. H. posuit.

(S. altar tomb). In m, Isabella Wife of Thomas Huddlestone of Milnthorpe who died August l0th, 1816 Aged 63 years. Also the above Thomas Huddlestone of Milnthorpe, for many years. Court Bailiff to the Hon. Fulk Greville Howard, who d. May 2nd, 1829 Aged 78 years. Also of Anthony Huddlestone their Son, who died January 25th 1823, Aged 41 years. Also of Thomas Huddlestone their Son who died October 7th, 1874 Aged 84 years.
