Hoggarth Appleby St Lawrence

(E). In I. .Andrew & Margaret Dryden's children of Appleby. Andrew died Octr 14th 1854 aged 8 years. William Douglas died December 11th 1859 aged 8 m. Mary Ann died May 28th 1872 aged 21 years. My God I am Thine, what a comfort divine What a blessing to know that my Jesus is mine. Also John Hogarth uncle to the above children, who died January 19th 1860 aged 39y.

Hoggarth Heversham

(E. stone edging). In memory of Margaret wife of Lancelot Hoggarth of Milton Moor who died at Sizergh November . 8th 1875 aged 52 years. , also of John their second son, who died January 30st, 1859 aged 2 m. (interred at Burneside).

Hoggarth Kendal

(W. altar tomb). Here lieth the Remains of Thomas Hoggarth, late of Kendal, who died January 9th 1768 Aged 63 years. Also Agnes his Wife who died January 5th, 1788 Aged 80 years. Also Jane their daughter who died July 3d 1745 Aged 3Y. Also George their Son who died in his 19th years. Here also are interred the Remains of John Hoggarth late of Kendal who died January 18th 184 Aged 77 years. Also Barbara his Wife who died April 8th 1815 Aged 67 years. Also Thomas their Son who died April 27th 1787 Aged 9 years. Also in m.John Swale who died at Kendal 9th May 1812 Aged 42 y, much regretted. Ann Swale the beloved Wife of the above d. at Langcliffe Hall February 9th 1859 and is buried at Settle.
