Rokeby Askham

(In. S.Transept, W). Mildreda nuper Gulielmi Sandford de Askham Armig: charissima conjux, Dni Gulielmi Rokeby de Skires in Comitatu Eboraci Baronetti filia natu maxima et cohæres de antiqua illa et equestri familia Rokebyorum, olim de Rokebii, nunc de Mortham, agri plædicti septentrionali divisione Oriunda, Et illustrioribus in comitatibus Eboraci et Lincolii (sic) familiis cognatione et agnatione conjuncta, Pietate charitate candore et aliis animi et corporis dotibus ornatissima, Quæ postquam per tres annos octoque menses maritum suum felicitasset ætatis suæ anno XXXVIIIo Julii 10 Annoque, Dni 1634 Animam reddidit, cujus reliquiæ juxta hunc locum sunt repositæ spe Resurrectionis et æternæ Salutis.
