Dickson Appleby St Lawrence

(E). Sacred memory of James Dickson formerly Architect at Appleby Castle, who died at Conney Garth 18th September . 187Z aged 58 years. Also Margaret Scott his wife eldest daughter of the late Robert Scott cattle dealer, Darnick. Also John their only son who died at Conney Garth 28th Jany 1875 aged 21 years. Also their daughter Elizabeth wife of Ralph Scott who died at Morpeth Oct. 1863 aged 25 years. Mary wife of John Richardson who died at Whinfell 27th February 1877 aged 26 years. and Hannah who died at Appleby 27th Jany 1854 aged 7 years.

(In N. brass). Near this place Lie The Remains of Elizabeth, Daughter of John & Margt. Dickson of Kirkham, Who died at Haverbrack 23rd January 1750 Aged seven years.

Dickson Beetham

(In N. brass). S, m. William Dickson, nephew of John and Sarah Yeats who d. at Berth near Ruthin 19 September . 1847 aged 72, and of Frances Ricketts his wife who died at Ashmeadow House near Beetham, April 1842 aged 59. AJso of Dorothea, youngest daughter of the above who died l Augst. 1834 aged 17 and of their third son Raynes Waite who died at Funchal, Madeira 28 November 1846 aged 31. " And so He Bringeth them to the haven where they would be." This Tablet is raised in affectionate remembrance of by their surviving daughters.
